‍MOVERAMA provides moving and transportation services within Philadelphia, PA, and surrounding areas. Service offerings may include loading, unloading, packing, and transportation of household goods. Additional services may be provided upon request, subject to additional charges.

‍3. Quotes and Pricing
‍Quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final costs may vary depending on the actual conditions, such as additional items, time, or services required.A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable only under specific circumstances (see Cancellation Policy below).

‍4. Payment Terms
‍Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept payment by cash, credit card, or other forms as specified at the time of booking.Unpaid balances are subject to a late fee, and collection costs may apply for overdue accounts.

‍5. Liability and Insurance
‍MOVERAMA provides limited liability coverage for transported items. Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance if necessary.We are not responsible for items packed by the customer or any pre-existing damage.Liability is limited to damage or loss directly caused by our movers, up to a maximum amount as outlined in the agreement.

‍6. Cancellation Policy
‍Cancellations made at least 28 days before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund of any deposits.Cancellations made less than 28 days before the move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

‍7. Customer Responsibilities
‍Customers must be present during the move unless otherwise arranged.Customers are responsible for ensuring parking availability for our moving trucks and confirming any access requirements (e.g., elevators, service entrances).

‍8. Prohibited Items
‍For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, or perishable food items.

‍9. Limitations of Liability
‍MOVERAMA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This limitation applies to any claims for loss or damage related to delays, equipment failure, or service interruptions.

‍10. Dispute Resolution
‍Any disputes arising out of or related to our services will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Philadelphia, PA.
